Thomas Wylde has a powerful voice that speaks to sexy, elegant, and confident women! Aloha Rag is a big fan of their beautiful presentation, as it successfully captures a woman who is comfortable in her own skin. For this feature, we look to the ever-present black and white tones from the brands images and pay homage to the beautiful work they have done. We present the SS12 pre and main collections, full of luxury materials and thoughtfully considered silhouettes. The chiffon, silk, and lamb leather are all uber soft against the skin, and many of the pieces are delicately embellished with rhinestones and studs. This season there is a touch of a Bohemian influence mixed in with the Rock n Roll vibe that the brand was built on. Whether the garments are skin-tight or relaxed, the cuts perfectly enhance a women’s body, using leopard and butterfly patterns that are appropriate in both casual and dressy affairs. In the end, we believe that Thomas Wylde’s muse is a woman who is strong and bold, yet graceful and sophisticated...words we use to describe our customers quite often!

In commemoration of their 10th season, Thomas Wylde produced an amazing book entitled Ten Times Rosie. Photographed by Rankin, and styled by Maryam Malakpour, the book is a celebration of the first 10 years of collections modeled by TW muse, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The results are some of the most beautiful fashion photographs we have ever seen, blurring the lines between art and commerce.
