What is the Aloha Rag Membership Card Program?
A great rewards program for our customers, in which you can save 3%-14% on your purchases at the Aloha Rag boutique and the Aloha Rag online store.


Where can I get a Membership Card?
The easiest way to apply for an Aloha Rag Membership Card is through our website. In-store applications are available upon special request. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for you to receive your card.


Who can join the Aloha Rag Membership Card Program?
The Aloha Rag Membership Card Program is open to anyone at least 13 years of age, who is a registered shopper at www.aloharag.com.


When does my membership expire?
Your membership is valid as long as you make a purchase in the span of 2 years. If no such purchase is made for a 2 year period, your membership will expire. In the event that you would like to reactivate your membership, you will need to pay a $20.00 reactivation fee and your membership discount will be set at the default (3%).


How is my total dollar amount calculated?
The total dollar ($) amount used at Aloha Rag (both in the boutique and at the online store) including shipping and tax will be accumulated to determine your membership discount percentage (3%-14%). Dollars spent do not have an expiration date unless you fail to make a purchase within the span of 2 years. Your total amount will continuously accumulate and the corresponding discount percentage will be automatically applied toward your order.


How do I know my current total dollar amount and discount?
You can view your total dollar ($) amount spent and your current percentage (%) of discount on your "My Account" page. You can log into your "My Account" page by clicking on the "My Account" link located at the top-right corner of most pages. Please allow 24 to 36 hours of processing time for your new discount to take effect.


How do I use my Membership Card?
It's easy.
Aloha Rag Boutique:
When at the Aloha Rag boutique, present your Membership Card to the cashier when you check out. Your discount will apply automatically to your purchase (excluding sale items).
Aloha Rag Online Store:
While shopping online, as you log in, type in your Customer ID# found on your Membership Card or your registered email address along with the password you created when you registered as a shopper. Your discount will apply automatically when you check out.


What if I don't have my Membership Card with me at time of purchase?
No problem.
Aloha Rag boutique: You just present your valid ID. We will give you your appropriate discount on your purchase. Also, the appropriate dollar amount will be added to your membership account.
Aloha Rag Online Store:
You can log in with your email address (instead of your Customer ID#) and password. Your discount will apply automatically when you check out. Also, the dollars you spend will be added to your membership account.


How do I change my contact information?
You can make changes to your contact information on our website. Click "My Account" on our main page. There you can update your email address, mailing address and phone number. Please update your contact information as soon as possible when changes occur, since it may cause communication problems between you and Aloha Rag.


What should I do if I've lost my card?
Please contact rewards@aloharag.com immediately. After you pay a re-issue fee of $20.00, we will issue you a new Membership Card. Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your new card.


How do I cancel my membership?
Simply contact rewards@aloharag.com. We will cancel your membership. Remember that after cancellation, you will not receive any membership discount. In case you wish to re-enroll in the program, you need to pay a reactivation fee of $20.00 and your membership discount will be set at the default (3%).
