Membership

The Aloha Rag Membership Card Program ("Membership") is open to anyone at least 13 years of age. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older and by using this program, you agree to the terms and conditions of the program.

You must be a registered shopper at www.aloharag.com before you enroll.

Enrollment begins when Aloha Rag issues you a Membership Card.

A Membership Card will be sent to you in approximately 4-6 weeks after you sign up.

Your Membership is valid at the Aloha Rag retail store and aloharag.com.

Your Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules.

If you make no purchases in the span of 2 years, your Membership will automatically expire.

In case of Membership cancellation/expiration, or a lost/stolen Membership Card, you will need to pay a reactivation/reissuance fee of $20.00. If you are being reissued a Membership Card because of cancellation or expiration, your Membership discount rate will be set at the default (3%).



Your Total Dollar Amount Is Accumulated
As a member of the Aloha Rag Membership Card Program, every dollar ($) you spend is accumulated on any purchase you make when you present your Membership Card at our boutique, or when you shop online at aloharag.com using your registered shopper account.

Dollars spent at checkout include shipping and tax. When products purchased are returned to the store or mailed back to us, dollars will be deducted from your Membership account for that purchase/return amount.

Membership Cards and dollars spent are nontransferable.



Get Rewards
Once your application is approved, you already can save 3% (default discount rate) on your future purchases, excluding sale items.

Your percentage (%) of discount will increase according to the total dollar ($) amount spent at Aloha Rag from the start of your membership. Your total dollar amount is continuously accumulated with each purchase. When you move up a tier, the corresponding increased discount percentage will be applied beginning with your following order. Your total dollar amount has no expiration date unless you do not make purchase in the span of 2 years.

You will receive your Membership discount on your purchase excluding sale items when you present your Membership Card at the time of purchase in store, or when you shop online at aloharag.com using your registered shopper account.

You can view your total dollar ($) amount spent and your current percentage (%) of discount on your "My Account" page. You can log into your "My Account" page by clicking on the "My Account" link located at the top-right corner of most pages. Please allow 24 to 36 hours of processing time for your new discount to take effect.


Discount Non-Qualifying Items
Your Membership discount does not apply to sale items at the Aloha Rag retail store or www.aloharag.com. Please note that while sale items are excluded from your membership discount being applied, they will be calculated toward your total amount spent at Aloha Rag.



Membership Cancellation, Modification, Expiration and Termination
You must update your profile (name, email address, phone number, and address ) registerd at www.aloharag.com, when
there are any changes. Failure to do so, may result in Membership cancellation.

You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Aloha Rag by postal mail, email or telephone. Cancellation may take 6 to 8 weeks to finalize.

Aloha Rag may, at any time, terminate or modify the Membership program and program rules without any further obligations to members.

If you make no purchases in the span of 2 years, your Membership will automatically expire.

The Aloha Rag Membership Card Program is brought to you by Aloha Rag. By becoming a member of the Aloha Rag Membership Card Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Aloha Rag. The Aloha Rag logo, Membership Card design, the tag design, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Aloha Rag, and others under controlled conditions. Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
