*Does aloharag.com offer the same merchandise as the Aloha Rag boutique?
Yes. Although there are a few brands/items which we do not offer for online purchase, merchandise you find on our website is available at our boutiques (though brands vary between our Honolulu and New York locations). Please contact us in regards to specific in-store product availability. The Aloha Rag boutique and aloharag.com both share the same inventory so we apologize if we cannot fulfill your online order due to the item selling out at our boutique. 


*Does aloharag.com sell factory seconds or defective products?
The merchandise sold on aloharag.com is brand new. We do not sell any factory seconds nor used clothing. Each item is inspected by hand before shipping.


*How do I know it will fit?
For your convenience there is a "size chart" link on each item page. The chart will show you the relevant US, UK, Italian, European or Jeans sizing. Each product type is measured laying flat when possible. Comments for each item will also give you a brief description of the fit. But if you still feel unsure of which size to buy, we highly recommend you to contact Customer Service at love@aloharag.com for more details.


*It says pink, but it looks red, which color is it?
Every effort is put into displaying the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors that you see will depend on your monitor and your settings and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you have any questions, we highly recommend you to contact Customer Service at love@aloharag.com for more details.


*How do I put the merchandise on hold?
We do not have the ability to hold any merchandise for our customers. We recommend the purchase of our merchandise while it is available in stock.


*What if the item I want is out of stock?
Please do understand that because of production issues it is very difficult to re-stock or add onto our current order for clothing. We may re-stock some accessories depending on the brand so please email us at love@aloharag.com if you have any more questions.
