*How to order
This is a brief 7 step description of how to buy at aloharag.com. If you have any questions about the ordering process please feel free to contact us at love@aloharag.com

SELECT A SIZE
Please select the size you would like to purchase from the drop down menu.


ADD TO CART
After your size selection, click the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button.

SHOPPING CART
Take a look at the item(s) you have added to your shopping cart. You may edit the contents if necessary. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.

If you are ready to check out click the "NEXT" button.



LOG IN/CREATE A SHOPPER ACCOUNT
If you are already logged into our website, skip to step 5. If you havent logged in yet and are a returning shopper and already have a SHOPPER ACCOUNT with aloharag.com,you will be directed to our Log In page. Please provide your email or customer id with the corresponding password in the appropriate text boxes and click the "LOG IN".


If you are a new shopper, please create a NEW SHOPPER ACCOUNT by clicking the provided link near the bottom of the page. You will be directed to our NEW ACCOUNT page where you can register to shop at aloharag.com. All of the information you provide will be handled by our secure server and kept private. When you are finished entering your information click the "REGISTER" button.




BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS
For security purposes, aloharag.com only ships merchandise to your billing address (no P.O. boxes) using FedEX for US domestic and international orders and Yamato for shipments to Japan. Enter the required information and click on the "NEXT STEP" button.


PAYMENT
Please verify the merchandise you are ordering and your shipping address then enter your payment information. When you are ready to complete the purchasing process, click the "PURCHASE" button.



CONFIRMATION
Your purchase is now complete! You may choose to print the invoice onscreen which includes your order number. An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you with detailed information about your order. You will receive a shipment tracking number via email once your payment is approved (usually within 24 hours).

*How can I track my order?
Each package from aloharag.com will be sent with a tracking number. You should have received a tracking number after making a purchase (in about 48 hours). You may track your package at the following:

If you live in the US or for our international customers your package will be sent by FEDEX

*How will I know you received my order?

We have automatic e-mail confirmation sent to you as soon as your order has been received. However, due to database maintenance, this may be delayed. There will always be a manual confirmation from aloharag.com with your package's tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail; there is a possibility that we have not received your order. In that case, please send an e-mail to love@aloharag.com.


*What is the product page and how does it work?

The product page details the individual product you have selected. By mousing over on small square images below main image, you can view various angles and parts for that product. By clicking the "ZOOM" button, a new pop up window opens which enables you to assess the quality of the product in great detail. By clicking "SIZE CHART", you can obtain actual measurements of each available size of that product. The color and sizes available for any product are indicated on the right of the image. Once you have chosen your size, you could add it to your cart.


*Is there a limit to the number of items i can purchase?
Occasionally, we may set a purchase limit to the quantity of a particular item but in most cases you are only limited by our available inventory.


*Item(s) in my shopping cart disappeared!
If it's gone, it means that someone else bought it. Having items in shopping cart does not mean we reserve those items for you.
