Shipping Information


What is your shipping method?
We ship items using FedEx for domestic and international (excluding Japan) to insure your purchases are delivered to you promptly and safely. However we may use a different shipping method when we need to. We use Yamato Transport USA to ship items to Japan.


What are your shipping rates?
Please see the shipping rate chart below. Please note that for sale items, the shipping is calculated from the sale price. Please note that some countries may have duty tax that you will be responsible for, besides the shipping charges. Contact your local Customs Office for more information.

Can I specify when I would like my order shipped?
No. We use FedEx to ship our packages and unfortunately, FedEx does not offer that service.


Are packages insured?
Yes, all packages are fully insured. In case of damage or loss, you will get the full amount credited back to your credit card which was used for your original purchase.


Can I consolidate 2 or more orders?
No. Unfortunately attempting to consolidate orders causes unwanted confusion in order processing.


Can I ship my package to and address that isn't my billing address?
No. For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase.


Can I have my order gift wrapped?
No. Aloha Rag does not offer this service.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Aloha Rag will not ship to any P.O. Boxes because FedEx (the shipping company we use) will not ship to any P.O. boxes.
