*When will I receive my order? For credit card purchases, if you live in the US your package will be sent out with Fedex 2nd Day Air. It should get to your door step in 2-4 business days depending on the time we received your order and the state you live in. International packages will arrive in approximately a week. However, please note for first time International customers, we need to perform a security check which takes 3-7 days. If you have any questions on shipping please email us at love@aloharag.com (During special sale events, our shipping department is very busy and shipments may be delayed for a few days) *Can I specify when I would like my order shipped? No. We use FedEx to ship our packages and unfortunately, FedEx does not offer that service. *Are packages insured? Yes, all packages are fully insured. In case of damage or loss, you will get the full amount credited back to your credit card which was used for your original purchase. *How can I track my order? Each package from aloharag.com will be sent with a tracking number. You should have received a tracking number after making a purchase (in about 48 hours). No. Unfortunately attempting to consolidate orders causes unwanted confusion in order processing. *Can i ship my order to an address other than my billing address? No. For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. *Can I have my order gift wrapped? No. Aloha Rag does not offer this service. *Does aloharag.com ship to P.O. Boxes? Aloha Rag will not ship to any P.O. Boxes because FedEx (the shipping company we use) will not ship to any P.O. boxes. |
