Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax unless you reside within the state of Hawaii. However depending on the country you live in, there will be a custom's duty charge which will be your responsibility.


Will there be any duties charged?
Yes. If you live outside the United States you will be charged customs duties. The duty will depend on the country in which you reside and the value of the merchandise you ordered. If you live in the United States, you will not be charged any custom's duties.


What is your shipping method?
We ship items using FedEx for domestic and international (excluding Japan) to insure your purchases are delivered to you promptly and safely. However we may use a different shipping method when we need to. We use Yamato Transport USA to ship items to Japan.
