*What is the return policy of aloharag.com?
Aloha Rag will gladly accept all regular priced items that were purchased by credit card and is in its original condition. Sales items are NOT refundable. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Aloha Rag will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned package MUST be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery or Aloha Rag will refuse the return. We recommend you to insure your package for unpredictable damages or loss. For further instruction, please check the return claim form enclosed with your delivery. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization Aloha Rag have the right to refuse the package.
*When will I get my refund?
After Aloha Rag receives, processes and confirms that your return item meets the Return Policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed.
Refunds are processed within approximately 3-5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Remember that we do not refund delivery costs, only the amount paid for the item you have decided to return. Refund times will depend on the credit card company's policies.
*What is the exchange policy of aloharag.com?
Aloharag.com will gladly exchange regular priced items that were purchased by credit card and are in their original condition for another size. Sales items are NOT exchangeable. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Aloha Rag will accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. The package MUST be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery or Aloha Rag will refuse the exchange. Please send an e-mail to love@aloharag.com to confirm the availability of your desired size. We recommend you to insure your package for unpredictable damages or loss.
As soon as your exchange is accepted, the desired size will be shipped out. The shipping will be charged on the credit card you used for your original purchase. For further instruction, please check the exchange claim form enclosed with your devilery. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization we have the right to refuse the package.
*What is the sale price adjustment policy of aloharag.com?
Aloharag.com will gladly offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale (claims must be made within 2 week of the start of the newly discounted price). Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. A approved sale price adjustment will be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased at a
discounted price.
