Registration
You are free to browse our web site without registering, but in order to shop on our web site you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. We will require your billing address, phone number, and email address. We will only require your credit card information if you are making a purchase but the financial information is NOT stored on our web site. This means you will need to enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase. The information you provide is used when you are actually making a purchase on our web site. If you signed up for our email updates we will send it to the email address you have provided us. The email updates provides customers with latest news and tidbits about our web site. If you are already signed up for the email updates and wish to unsubscribe. Please email love@aloharag.com with the subject line containing “Unsubscribe." Aloha Rag is the sole user of the information collected on Aloha Rag. High Seas Inc. (Aloha Rags parent company) collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our web site.


Choice/Opt-out
Your information received through the SSL securely is collected to improve the overall shopping experience; it is treated seriously and with full respect. Aloharag.com guarantees the information you enter will never be sold or lent to any third party. If you wish to have your online account deleted please email love@aloharag.com. Due to security reasons the Aloha Rag staff will NOT be able to edit your personal information. If your account is deleted, you may re-create a new account. We will not send any unsolicited or marketing emails to our customers in the form of mail, phone call or email. If you have signed up for our email updates, we will email you of sudden changes to our web site including information about our special sales. If you are not interested in the email updates or receiving these messages, you can email us at love@aloharag.com to be removed from the list.

We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with third parties. Though we will share personal information to law enforcement agencies when necessary.


Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may update the information by logging into your account and using the My Account link that appears at the top of each webpage once you are logged in. Aloha Rag will NOT be able to make changes to your personal information but will be able to delete your account if necessary. If your account is deleted, you may re-create a new account on our web site. Please email love@aloharag.com to have your account deleted. Again, Aloha Rag will not share your information with third partys or affiliates. Aloha Rag is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. Which means that we are not responsible for content and we do not receive any information about the parties you are sending this information to.
