* Before you Order
We would like to alleviate any fears or concerns our shoppers might have on our website. Please feel free to contact our customer service department at love@aloharag.com. Our customer service department is equipped to handle all questions and problems including question about sizes and information about the designers.

*Purchasing, Website security and shipping rates
When you have decided on merchandise, please order through our website. The specifics on the ordering process can be found on FAQ page. PLEASE double-check your purchase before submitting your order.
* Security
Our website uses the most updated SSL ensuring that our customer's information is kept secure. The information itself will be encrypted using the CyberSource and Verisign encrypting systems. Also, please be assured that Aloha Rag will not sell any customer contact or personal information to third parties.

*Order Confirmation
Once your order is completed, you should receive an automated email from our website confirming your order. Within 1-2 business days, the customer will receive an email from our staff re-confirming the order with a tracking number.

* After the 2nd confirmation email is sent, Aloha Rag will keep the merchandise for two days. Aloha Rag will take two days to confirm the deposit and prepare the merchandise for shipment. IMPORTANT- If there are any changes to the shipping address, you MUST notify us at love@aloharag.com within 2 days. We are NOT responsible for shipping complications arising from notifications or changes after the 2 days.


*Tracking Your Order
*After two days, Aloha Rag will transfer your merchandise to FEDEX in the United States and International orders, and Kuroneko Yamato for orders from Japan. Our merchandise is shipped out with full insurance coverage. If you have any further questions about the ordering process, please press the "FAQ" button or contact us at love@aloharag.com.

* After step 4 is completed, the customer will be able to track the package using the tracking number supplied by our staff in step 3. Please see the FAQ page for more information.

Merchandise enroute!
* After the shipment confirmation, your order should arrive within 7-10 days for our International and Japanese customers. For our mainland/local customers, you should receive your merchandise in 3-4 days. Please email love@aloharag.com or call us at 808-589-2050 if you do not receive your merchandise in the allocated time.

The merchandise arrives. Hooray!

The merchandise on our website can be returned or exchanged (excluding sales and other selected merchandise). Please view our policy #9 and #10 for more specific information. Aloha Rag will accept returns within 14 days for customers in the United States and Japan, and 21 days from customers in any other countries. The returned package MUST be postmarked within 14 or 21 days of the original date of purchase or Aloha Rag will refuse the return.
